BlackBerry OS Upgrade

Posted by mobile phone:
I upgraded my BlackBerry Curve’s operating system over the weekend. Well, it wan’t so much an upgrade as it was a reloading of the original OS. I was apparently running low on memory (6MB) so I removed things I do not need - sample video, language support (Japanese, Chinese, etc.), themes, and other “non-essential” files. Now I have 55MB 22MB of memory!

It was actually pretty easy to do, although I was nervous the entire time.

Moblog!

Posted by mobile phone:
My website is now mobile. I am actually posting this from my crackberry. This will make life (read: blogging) easier. If this 1st post goes well, I’ll be posting more. Visitors should be able to post comments and view posts/comments as well.

Here’s to moblogging!

Upgraded WordPress

Just upgraded to the latest WordPress and all I can say is shwooo…Most of it was flawless, but there was an issue with one table. For some reason it didn’t upgrade properly. Used my backup and fixed the issue. Hopefully there will be no other surprises with my upgrade. Let me know if you notice anything.

Contact Me

I have updated the contact form. Although it was working previously, it would not appear to work to the visitor. I have fully tested the new contact form and it is working properly. To cut down on spam there is a verification code you have to enter before the form will be submitted. This is a pain sometimes, but it helps us all out. You can try out the new form here: http://jeremyking.com/contact-me/
